The Coachillin’ Project is the largest master planned canna-business park in North America. Coachillin’ Project is a fully entitled Specific Plan (DHS SP# 01-17). The Specific Plan eliminates the need for individual Conditional Use Permits (CUP’s). We have re-imagined cooperative cost-sharing; ensuring the owners & tenants within the Coachillin’ Canna Business Park find long term success through lowest cost of goods sold in the industry. 

Power – Coachillin’ has secured Ag-Rates for power from Southern California Edison. Additional sustainable power supplied via photo-voltaic and parabolic solar covered parking structures and rooftops. Co-Generation systems supplied by high pressure gas lines. 

Water – Shared water well on site means 50% saving on water bill. Mission Springs Water District (MSWD) will supply domestic water (as back up for cultivation water). California’s first canna business park to receive board approval for a total project water supply assessment and verification. Shared water well will provide 1,000 gallons per minute and has a 4 million gallon storage reservoir. 3 sources of water – domestic, untreated well to fully purified RO water to every parcel.

Security – Veterans High Risk Security Solutions (VHRSS) will be providing shared security which affords owners and tenants in the project best of the best security, at less than 50% of the cost.

Technology – Coachillin’ Technology, LLC will outfit operators in the Park with Next-Gen Technology. Custom Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform equipped with seed to sale / track and trace functionality for complete regulatory compliance and chain of custody monitoring.
